Walsin Lihwa produces alloy materials, mold steel, and tool steel, including free cutting steel, alloy steel spheroidized wires( by Tiangyin Walsin Precision Metal Technology Co.,Ltd), as well as starting from mid of 2010, titanium alloys, nickel-base alloys, mold and tool steel ( by Changzhou Xinzhong Precision Forging Products, Co. Ltd), which are widely used for aerospace, bearing, computer, energy, medical, molding, petrochemical, and vehicle purposes. These products are primarily sold in Mainland China and some of them are exported to America, Europe, and Asia.

The production process of free cutting steel includes rust removal, wiring, straightening, blanking, buffing, and application of rust preventive prior to packaging and shipment. Free cutting steel products are used to make the screws of electronics, shafts, and vehicle fasteners. The production process of alloy steel spheroidized wires includes rust removal, spheroidized annealing, and phosphate coating, and wiring prior to packaging and shipment. Alloy steel spheroidized wires are used to make bicycle parts, vehicle fasteners, sheaths of hand tools, and screwdrivers.
